• GitHub has introduced a new AI tool that can automatically fix code vulnerabilities during the coding process. This feature combines the real-time capabilities of GitHub’s Copilot with the company’s semantic code analysis engine. It aims to find and remediate security vulnerabilities without developers having to manually edit code. The system covers more than 90% of alert types in languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, Java, and Python.
